It has been quite a year for Las Vegas. The city came into the year as strong as ever, but as of now the recovery is slow at best. One positive thing for Vegas has been the existence of several high profile construction projects. The hope is these new projects will help speed up the recovery.

I’ve covered many of these projects previously including the Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion, the MSG Sphere, Resorts World and Circa. While we are still waiting for many of those projects to open, Circa Resort & Casino on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas finally came online this past week.

Circa’s Stadium Swim pool area is heated and will be open 365 days per year. It is great during the day, but the magic happens at night when the sun goes down.

While many people aren’t huge fans of Fremont Street I think Circa could change some minds. The adults only casino opened on October 28, 2020 with the hotel to follow on December 28, 2020. It features six restaurants, two floors of casino space, six pools and the largest sports book in the world. I was impressed.

Combining high-end materials with a super modern and comfortable atmosphere, Circa is a gamechanger for Downtown and is a casino I expect to spend some time in. It really is a step above anything else on Fremont Street and I can’t wait to show it to you! In this tour I check out the entire property including the casino, the jaw dropping sports book and the Stadium Swim pool area with its 6 heated pools and 146 foot screen. You’ll see it all!

Circa will be delighting guests for many years to come and more important it is unique to Downtown Las Vegas. The owners know their demographic and they have built a property to cater to them. At the same time they have also built a world class casino that I expect to become a go-to for many visitors of Fremont Street.
