Citi HHonors Visa Signature 75K Offer
Last week American Express upped the bonus on their base level no annual fee Hilton HHonors credit card to 70K which is the highest level it has ever been. It seems that Citi has now responded by increasing the bonus on their base level no annual fee Hilton HHonors card to 75K. While we have seen 75K before on this card, it still represents the best overall bonus I have seen.

My Thoughts
I actually picked up one of these cards last year during a similar deal since I have been working to increase my stash of Hilton HHonors points. Being able to earn 75,000 points on a no annual fee card is very nice and keeping this card long term can help your average age of accounts or you can convert it later to another type of card like the Double Cash or ThankYou Preferred.
Now that so many people have Hilton HHonors Diamond status thanks to their recent match, getting a large chunk of points may be more attractive. I still assert there is a lot of value in the lower categories with Hilton and I like to keep points around for when I can find a gem of a redemption or for the occasional good value cash + points redemption.
Conclusion
This is a very solid sign-up offer considering it can earn you a number of free nights in lower end properties or a free night in many higher end properties. While the Surpass and Reserve cards are much better everyday cards for earning HHonors points through spend, the sign-up bonuses on this card and the no annual fee American Express card are definitely worth considering in my opinion.
