The Citi Premier credit card has an increased 65,000 points signup bonus offer that is available in branch only.  This is the highest bonus we have seen for this card and it expires today. Let’s take a look at the details.

The Offer

Earn 65,000 bonus ThankYou Points after you spend $4,000 in purchases with your card within 3 months of account opening.

Annual Fee $95, not waived the first year. Offer expires 2/20/2020.

Citi Premier Earning Structure

The Citi Premier earns points at the following rates:

  • 3X ThankYou points on Travel including gas stations, as well as airfare, hotels, car rental agencies, public transportation, tolls, parking and much more.
  • 2X ThankYou points on Dining Out and Entertainment
  • 1X ThankYou points on All Other Purchases

Need to Know

  • The bonus is not available if you have opened or closed a Premier, Preferred or Prestige card within the past 24 months.

Conclusion

This Citi Premier 65K bonus is as good as it gets points wise. The annual fee is not waived though. The card has decent earning rates at 3X on travel and 2X on dining.
