Citi Travel $100 Hotel Discount

Citi announced a new promotion today for select cardholders who can save $100 on hotel bookings through the end of January. This promotion is for bookings made through the Citi Travel site. Let’s see the details.

The Offer

Between October 16, 2023, and January 31, 2024, Citi ThankYou Preferred, Rewards+, Double Cash and Custom Cash cardmembers will enjoy $100 off all hotel stays of $500 or more (excluding taxes and fees), when booked via the Citi Travel site.

The best part? This promotion can be used as frequently as cardmembers want during the duration of the offer.

Other Citi Promotions

This offer can also be used alongside other ongoing Citi Travel promotions. Here are two current offers for cardmembers:

  • Through June 2024, ThankYou Preferred and Rewards+ cardmembers can earn a total of 5X points by booking their hotels, rental cars and attractions through the Citi Travel site.
  • Through December 31, 2024, Citi Double Cash cardmembers will earn 5% total cash back on hotel, car rental and attractions booked through the Citi Travel site. This is 3% cash back on top of what they already earn: 1% on all purchases and 1% as they pay for those purchases.

Conclusion

With a $100 discount on hotel bookings of $500 or more and 5X points, you should get some decent deals. You can use this discount as many times as you prefer, but you need to have the Citi ThankYou Preferred, Rewards+, Double Cash or Custom Cash credit card.
