Discover has sent out some great offers by email to cardholders. Those who are targeted can earn an additional 2% or 3% back on all of their spend for the next 6 months or 12 months. That’s a huge deal since it can also be used with bonus categories that already earn 5% back on up to $1,500 quarterly.

Here’s some of the offers that cardholders are seeing:

  • Get an extra 2% cashback bonus on all purchases in the next 12 months, up to $7,500 in purchases.
  • Get an extra 3% cashback bonus on all purchases in the next 6 months, up to $2,500 in purchases.
  • Get an extra 2% cashback bonus on all purchases in the next 6 months, up to $1,500 in purchases.

Check If You Are Targeted

The offers are being sent out by email. So if you have an email then you are good to go. But even if you did not receive an email directly, you can chat with Discover and ask then about the offer. Hopefully they extend you one of the extra earning offers mentioned above.

Conclusion

This is a huge bonus on everyday spend. With the extra 2% back on $7,500 spend for example, you can earn an additional $150. Even better if you do that spending on bonus categories that earn 5% already.
