Beware Lowe’s GC for resale. Many resellers won’t take them due to ongoing fraud issues with Lowe’s.
According to the T&C, the JC Penney card should not qualify as the item does not meet the $50 requirement.

eBay treats multiples of the same item as the same when it comes to the limit. It works.

The discounts that you listed for the gift cards are slightly off (i.e., SW GC is $100 for $92).
