eBay is running a promotion giving $15 off of a single $75+ purchase. This should stack with portal cashback and eBay Bucks for about 20% off total.
How to Redeem
- Shop for eligible items.
- Pay for your item with PayPal.

Unlike with past flash sales, I can’t find a terms page but here are some restrictions we have seen in the past:
- Limit one use per account
- Not valid on eBay gift cards

How to Maximize
I personally am going to buy one of the $100 gas gift cards on sale for $92 which can be sold for a small profit. (My cost will be $77 after the coupon.) This will allow me to basically pocket the $15. You can find the discounted gift cards here. There are of course other good items to buy as well, but since there are some decent gift card options, I’ll take that route since it is simple. Use either iConsumer or Top Cashback for even more cashback.
Sooner Rather Than Later
While I don’t know what time this code expires, past flash sales have only lasted a few hours and some have ended even quicker than that. In other words, it is probably better to act quickly just in case.

I know you have multiple ebay accounts that you operate and have used similar codes in the past across them right? I assume no issues doing this? I think you know what I’m getting at here, I want to use them on other ebay accounts… but I don’t want to take any risks that may lead to account issues. 🙂

Yeah, your said it best. They’re a wild card. If I didn’t have over $2k locked up in ebay bucks I’d probably go for more than 1 account. As it is I’ll try to temper my greed and limit it to one account. Besides, I’m seeing a lot of headaches for people who were paying with ebay gift cards. I hadn’t maxed out buying overstock.com gift cards so I just paid w/ INK so I didn’t need any ebay gift cards.
You probably told me this in the past but have you ever had their notices (mc999) in the past?
Yeah I did receive it so I make sure never to purchase more than the limit and normally won’t buy the same deal on more than one account.

I’ve had situations where my account ran into velocity limits 1 card into the limit of 5 (like overstock) and out of caution did not buy more on another account. Ebay definitely dangles the carrot sometimes… or was that a mouse trap? haha
Going forward I’ll probably dip into the coupon on multiple accounts… but I’ll wait until after April 3rd!
