Fidelity Rewards Visa Card, $100 Signup Bonus with $500 Spending

The Fidelity Rewards Visa credit card has a signup bonus of $100 available online. But its seems that a similar bonus is also available when applying by phone and the spending requirement is even lower.

The Offers

  • Online – Receive 10,000 Bonus Points—which equals $100 cash back, when deposited into an eligible Fidelity account—after you make at least $1,000 in eligible purchases within the first 90 days of account opening. See offer here.
  • By phone – Receive 10,000 Bonus Points—which equals $100 cash back, when deposited into an eligible Fidelity account—after you make at least $500 in eligible purchases within the first 90 days of account opening.

Card Details

  • No annual fee
  • Unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases
  • 1% foreign transaction fee
  • Existing and previous Fidelity Rewards card members are not eligible for this offer
  • Card issued by Elan services

Concussion

This is the best public bonus we have seen on this card, and the $500 spending requirement for phone applications makes it a bit better. I’m not a fan of applying over the phone, but it’s worth it in this case.

The card is not for everyone. It’s main selling point is the unlimited 2% cash back on everyday purchases. So it’s useful for those that just need more bandwidth for 2% cashback spending. If you already have a card that gives you that, it;s better to look at other bonuses first.
