Fontainebleau Las Vegas announced a timeline for finishing construction and some big news on funding. After securing a $2.2 billion loan from Chase, the property announced a 4th quarter 2023 opening. What will it look like and what does it need to do to be successful?

  1. Why would they end free parking? Charging people for parking on the strip at the casinos is the tackiest thing that’s ever happened in Las Vegas

    • I think they want to get people to come into the casino. Asking them to sign up for a free player’s card is the lowest possible barrier to entry and is still better than the parking policies of most other Strip casinos at this point.
