This Week’s MtM Vegas Video
This week lawmakers in Hawaii proposed a law that would be an attack on Las Vegas casinos. Originally proposed to block all ads from Vegas casinos from airing in Hawaii, the law proposal has now shifted to a hefty tax for vacation packages from the islands to Las Vegas. Why are they doing it?
In other news the MSG Sphere finally confirmed U2 for an upcoming residency as it opens in September, 2023. We also discuss Aria’s gorgeous new high limit room, more paid/premium parking on the Strip, Martha Stewart’s odd Caesars giveaway and what is happening at Slots-A-Fun?

Hawaii war on Vegas? What are they going to do? Compete on who can have the highest resort and parking fees 🙂
So let me see if I understand this correctly. Law makers in Hawaii is taxing there own residents to for vacationing in Vegas? What do I think about that? I think hawaii law makers are the worst kind of crumbles who only look to take away hard working peoples money to fill there own pockets. And you wonder why more n more each year native Hawaiians who can trace there family ancestors back even before Kamehameha 1 ruled the islands are all moving away and leaving to the mainland most to Las Vegas. It’s already one of the most expensive places to live and now you wanna tax these residents for wanting to vacation somewhere else because you have turned “our” island into a vacationers novelty getaway. I think it’s a horrible idea even for a person to consider it would be wrong.
One idiot from Hawaii introducing a bill that’ll never pass. The people of Hawaii, Love Vegas.
