Conclusion
This is a good card and a very good bonus for those who are planning Hilton stays. You get 130,000 Hilton points after you spend $5,000 in 3 months and a Free Night Reward after you spend $10,000 in 6 months.
That Free Night Reward is in addition to the annual free nights benefit that the Hilton Honors Business Card has. You get a Free night after spending $15,000 in a year, and second free night when you spend $60,000. The latter is probably not worth pursuing, but with $15K spending you would get 130K points and two free nights, thanks to this offer.
Remember that this card does not count against Chase 5/24 either which is an added bonus for some people.

So one free night for spending $10K and another for spending $5K more ?
That is a very good deal IMO, hopefully Amex offers me the bonus as I plan on applying in mid December
