Hilton’s Five Feet To Fitness Rooms – Rent A Room & Get A Gym?

Reader Mirna sent this to me and it is news to me so I thought I would share it. It looks like it has been around for a while but I am guessing there are others like me that were oblivious to it.  I wasn’t aware that there are certain Hilton hotels where you can rent a room that essentially comes with a private gym. The idea is similar to IHG’s EVEN Hotels but Hilton’s Five Feet to Fitness rooms go a little further.  Let’s take a look.

Hilton’s Five Feet To Fitness Rooms – What Is Included?

These are rooms that are decked out with all of the equipment you need to get jacked!  Well maybe not jacked but to feel the burn at least.  The best part of it is that it is in your own room so you don’t have to worry about lunks or annoying grunting etc.

Here is what even Five Feet to Fitness room comes with:
  • Indoor Cycle
  • TRX – I called this T-Rex in physical therapy (my therapists totally loved it – not 🤣)
  • Gym Rax Storage Bay that offers the following workouts
    • Strength
    • Suspension
    • Body weight
    • Core
    • Yoga
    • HIIT
    • Meditation
    • Family fitness options.
  • Kiosk with 200 different workout videos & instructions
  • Hydration station – five different beverages are provided free of charge
  • Biofreeze

Here is a link to pictures of everything and a few videos of the rooms and workouts.

Hilton’s Five Feet To Fitness Rooms – Were Are They?

So where are these workout hotels located? What sets this apart from brands like EVEN hotels is that they are rooms inside regular Hilton brand hotels.  It is still a very limited footprint of 22 hotels, mostly in the US. You can search them here.

Here is a list of all of the locations:
  • Hilton McLean
  • DoubleTree Utica
  • Parc 55 San Francisco
  • Hilton Anatole
  • Downtown Atlanta The American Hotel (A DoubleTree Property)
  • DoubleTree El Paso Downtown
  • DoubleTree Dallas – Campbell Center
  • Hilton Austin
  • Homewood Suites Conroe
  • Hilton Garden Inn Memphis
  • Embassy Suites Tysons Corner
  • DoubleTree Chicago/Magnificent Mile
  • Hilton Miami Dadeland
  • DoubleTree London Islington
  • Hilton Denver City
  • Hilton Westchester
  • Embassy Suites Grand Rapids
  • DoubleTree Jakarta
  • Hampton Inn Austin Convention Center
  • DoubleTree Orlando Airport

Final Thoughts

Hilton’s Five Feet to Fitness rooms are something different and to be honest they are not outrageously expensive.  I checked a few different examples and they look to be $25-$30 more than the standard room.  If you value your workout or don’t want to use the normal on site gym facilities then this could work for you.  I think most people would just go to the regular gym area and save the money though.

If you have ever stayed in one of the Five Feet to Fitness rooms let us know what you thought in the comments. Was it worth the extra cost?
