Analysis

I personally bought cards from both of these deals. Each is marginally profitable for me plus I am earning valuable Ultimate Rewards points at 5X. Lowe’s and Home Depot cards are great for gifts as well, so I think these will both be popular deals.

  1. Interesting that you note the deals are “marginally profitable” — even before the ink 5x. With the apparent demise of ThePlasticMerchant, (where at least the HD deal was break-even), I’d be keen to see an update of your take on the remaining gift card exchanges. I’m presently re-thinking Raise — with it’s dependable ach payout system (on demand)….. Yet would appreciate hearing of your updated experiences with other platforms (bulk or otherwise.)
