Marriott has launched a new promotion for stays at its Homes & Villas properties. The promotion is valid for stays through the end of September. If you book two or more nights, you will save 10%. Let’s check the details.
The Offer
Now through Thursday, August 31, Marriott Bonvoy members who book a private home rental and complete a stay of two or more consecutive nights up to and including nights stayed on or before September 30 will get 10% off participating home rentals.
Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy is a curated and growing collection of 110,000+ premium and luxury whole home rentals located throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Key Terms
- A “stay” is defined as two (2) or more consecutive nights spent at the same property, regardless of check-in and check-out activity.
- Marriott Bonvoy Members save 10% per eligible stay at a participating home rental booked between July 22, 2023 (12:01 AM EST) – August 31, 2023 (11:59 PM EST) through the Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy website (“HVMB Platform”).
- Stays of two (2) or more consecutive nights must be completed during the promotion earning period, beginning July 22, 2023, up to and including nights stayed on or before September 30, 2023.
- A select number of homes are excluded from the 10% Off Sale.
- For participating homes, the 10% Off Sale discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during the checkout process. Taxes, fees, and any incidental expenses will not be discounted.
- Changes to method of payment and any date modifications cannot be processed after the booking is completed. A full cancellation is required. Please review the cancellation policy of your selected home closely prior to booking.
- Members earn five (5) base Points for each U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on all Qualifying Charges incurred and paid for by the Member through the HVMB Platform.
- Home rentals booked through third-party online retailers are ineligible to earn for this promotion.
- Marriott Participating Brand Residences may be featured on the HVMB Platform: however, they do not participate in the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and do not participate in this promotion.
- Marriott branded hotels, branded residences, and Marriott Executive Apartments are not included/eligible for this promotion.
Conclusion
If you are planning a getaway this summer, or even early fall, then this 10% discount for Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy should come in handy. You only need to book two or more consecutive nights which makes this discount easier to use. However, some properties will require longer stays, especially during peak travel season.
