  2. PayPal shows the discount when I click on the link but then charges full face value when I click to buy. I missed that initially and have filed a complaint.

  3. Any issues with fraud with Hotels.com giftcards? I.E. is it safe to buy and hold for future hotel stays that won’t be booked for a while?
