How Much Does Circa Stadium Swim Cost? More Than It Used To

Circa is one of my favorite properties in Las Vegas.  And that says a lot because there are a ton of beautiful properties in Vegas.  I like it so much that Shawn calls me #circafanboy all the time on MtM Vegas. One of the best areas of Circa is Stadium Swim.  It is a roof top pool oasis that is a step above pretty much all Vegas pools, at least in my opinion.  This is especially true at night when the Fremont Street casino rooftops light up. That is another plus of Stadium Swim, it is open late (11PM) when many Vegas pools close around 6PM. Add in the fact that anyone can get in for a fee, not just hotel guests, and you have a place many people are visiting. But how much does Circa Stadium Swim cost? A heck lot more than it used to and it varies by date.

If you haven’t checked out any of the Circa footage yet or the stunning Stadium Swim area then be sure to check out Shawn’s awesome video walkthrough.

How Much Does Circa Stadium Swim Cost

The price to enter Circa Stadium Swim, for non guests since hotel guests are free, was $10 a person since opening.  That originally wasn’t supposed to include a chair but they were letting people grab them since it wasn’t too busy.  Originally you could reserve a chair for $25 in food and beverage minimum. It doesn’t appear that is an option any more, the chairs look to be first come first served.  You can still book the cabanas ($1000) and day beds ($400) etc.

I noticed the other day that prices have gone up, sometimes way up! It looks like that during the week the cost is $20 per person.  On the weekends Circa Stadium Swim costs $30 per person.  On a holiday weekend, like this Memorial Day weekend, the price for Stadium Swim is a whopping $40. But it doesn’t stop there, as tickets sell out prices continue to shoot up.  Look at this upcoming Saturday:

Stadium Swim prices

Remember that these prices do not guarantee a chair either.  If you want a locker I believe that is another $20 or so. This is all of a sudden becoming a very expensive destination.  Throw in the cost of drinks at a Vegas pool and you better have done well in the casino last night!

If you were going to spend the entire day at Circa Stadium Swim, which is open from 9am-11PM, then $20 or $30 isn’t a horrible value proposition.  But if you want to just go for an hour or two to check it out, like I have both times I went, then this may deter you from doing so.  Which is a shame because I think everyone should see it.

Circa Stadium Swim Rules

If you do end up going be sure to be up on all of the rules for Stadium Swim. Here is a list of what you can not bring to the pool:

  • Weapons
  • Controlled Substances
  • Eye Drops/Nasal Sprays
  • Gum/Mints/Breath Strips
  • Outside Food or Drinks Including Water Bottles
  • Vitamins/Supplements
  • Over the Counter Medications
  • Prescription Medications in Excess of a Daily Dose
  • Cameras/GoPros/Wearable Technology (Watches are Acceptable)
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Colognes/Perfumes
  • Marijuana
  • Party Props

Final Thoughts

It is sad to see the prices for Circa Stadium Swim going through the roof.  I think it is because it is become the hot spot to be so they are trying to take advantage of that momentum. I also think this is a way to encourage people to book a room and stay at Circa. If you have two or three people heading to the pool that could be $90 on a Saturday. That brings down the price of staying at the hotel if you wanted to check out the pool for the day anyway.

I do feel bad for anyone that has not been able to make it out there yet. Hopefully you can make it during the week when the price is $20, which still isn’t horrible, and avoid the higher weekend prices.  Maybe they will have a reduced price for late entry at night etc. I liked going there for a drink before heading to the Legacy Club.

So how much does Circa Stadium Swim cost? It depends on the day and how many tickets they have sold so far.  But it will range from $20 up.  Book your reservations early though, especially on holiday weekends.

  1. I think there is a law which says if you were going to gamble then you can’t be charged an entrance fee. I’m guessing if you raise a big enough stink at the door, then that you can make it work, though I’m not sure how close they will watch you when you go in. For those that haven’t been, the tables aren’t in a good location for feeling like you are part of the action.

    • Good point and I agree they appeared to be an afterthought. I love the tables by the pool at the Nugget and wish it would have more of that type of feel for sure.

      • It’s been a couple of years but the blackjack tables by the nugget pool used to only pay 6-5 so while the location was amazing it was was pretty much a no go for more serious gamblers IMO. I seriously love the idea of the Circa but the total cost gets a little off putting.

  2. Mark – 2 questions:

1 – Do hotel guests still get in free (I’ve seen mixed messaging)

2 – As a legend level Club One member do I get any discounts on entry or cabanas? Can’t find that under Club One benefits but seems they should take care of top level members

    Thanks!

    • Guests get in free unless that has changed recently but I doubt it. It wouldn’t really make sense for them.

No idea on 2 since I haven’t really looked into their program much. I would assume contacting your host would be the best bet there.

  3. Headed to Vegas 2-4 June; am tracking the $20(!) to get in. Can you tell me: do they have towels? Do they provide cold water to drink for free? If you pay for the day can you leave and come back in that same day?

I also was interested in the Downtown Grand pool – but it’s changed from $10 for non-guests to making you rent a cabana and all that sort of stuff.

I could also visit the LV Municipal Pool – it’s only $2 for seniors….different vibe, though….

    • Interesting that the Downtown Grand started changing the way they bill for non guests too.

You will have to buy water AFAIK and you can leave and come back, just need to show your receipt. And yes they provide towels.
