Hyatt 2016 Changes Coming
Back on July 5, 2016 Hyatt announced that 106 of their properties are changing categories this year. As part of those changes which go into effect on Monday, 50 properties will be moving up a category or in one case two. All of those properties are still bookable at the old rate through tomorrow.

Conclusion
As long as you book the hotels above by tomorrow, you will be able to lock in the current prices. There are also many properties moving down in price. You can find the list of those properties here. If you are already booked into a property going down, you will receive a refund of points.
