Hyatt Bonus Journeys Promotion

New Hyatt Bonus Journeys Promotion Kicks Off March 1st

Hyatt just doesn’t quit these days!  The very lucrative Bonus Journeys, 50 transaction bonus and double night promotion are coming to end at the end of this month. I guess Hyatt didn’t want to leave us with nothing because they have released yet another promotion to take their place. You can activate the promotion now but the fun doesn’t fully start until March 1, 2021. This round of goodies comes with bonus points every other stay and the chance to earn a free night certificate.  Let’s take a look at the details.

Registration closes tomorrow 5/15/21.

Offer Details

From February 23 through May 15, 2021, all members can register to earn 2,000 Bonus Points every two qualifying nights from March 1 through June 15, 2021. Nights do not have to be consecutive and can include stays across 1,000+ locations worldwide, including:

There is no maximum number of points members can earn during the Promotion Period, and members must register before their stay to qualify toward earning points and a free night. Bonus Journeys can also be combined with additional exclusive offers and experiences such as Hyatt Night In Package, Work From Hyatt Package, and more.

New Hyatt Bonus Journeys Promotion – Final Thoughts

It is nice to see yet another promo from Hyatt.  While I don’t think this one is as lucrative as the last few it can still come in handy.  Especially if you hit the 10 night stay mark.  If you stayed in a category one hotel for the entire 10 nights you would spend 50,000 points but would get a category 1-4 free night certificate worth up to 15,000 points.  You would also recoup 12,500 World of Hyatt points from the every other night bonus promo (if you are a cardholder, 10,000 points if not).  That is an out of pocket cost of 2,250 per night for 10 nights at a category one hotel.  That is pretty tough to beat. Having said that, I doubt many people will be able to pull that off, but it is still fun to think about though.

I will probably hit a rebate bonus or two, hopefully while burning some of my free night certificates. I don’t see myself coming anywhere near the 10 night free night cert but if you already have an extended trip planned during the time frame this could work out nicely.
