Hyatt Globalist Status Challenge

New Hyatt Globalist Status Challenge for Everyone

Two weeks ago we wrote about a fast track offer for World of Hyatt and AAdvantage elite members to earn elite tier status. But apparently there’s an even better offer for Hyatt elite status that is available for anyone. Let’s see the details and how you can register.

The Offer

Register now through November 30th to get Explorist status through December 31, 2021. Also earn Explorist or Globalist status through February 2023 if you complete qualifying stays. Here’s how it works:

  • Stay 10 nights after your registration and through December 31, 2021 to keep Explorist status through February 28, 2023.
  • Stay 30 nights after your registration and through December 31, 2021 and earn Globalist status through February 28, 2023.

There’s one small catch. You can’t register for this promotion online and there’s no promotion page listed on the Hyatt site either. You need to call in and talk to the sales department of a Hyatt hotel to sign up. I’m not sure if all agents are aware of this offer, so be prepared to do some explaining.

Conclusion

This is a better promotion that the one offered for AA members, and it is available for everyone. Hopefully agents are aware that this offer exists to make things easier. If you have an upcoming stay, it might make sense to call that specific hotel as they might be more inclined to help.

Let us know if you are able to register!

  1. How does this promotion differ from the on-going 2021 50% off all tiers? Acquiring Globalist in 2021 only takes 30 Nights within the year.

  2. It has to be 20 nights for Globalist. That is what it takes in the AA promotion. 30 nights gets you Globalist without a challenge this year since it normally takes 60 nights. This year it is 30 nights.
