JetBlue Premier Card Details

In September, JetBlue revealed plans to open two airport lounges and the airport lounges and launch a premium credit card that will come with lounge access. Then today that premium card was briefly displayed on the JetBlue website, revealing most of the perks and benefits.

As you might expect, the JetBlue Premier Card will have a hefty annual fee of $499. But authorized users will also be pricey at $150 each.

The new card will earn 6X TrueBlue points on JetBlue and Paisly purchases. You will also get 2X points at restaurants and eligible grocery store purchases, while all other purchases will earn just 1X point.

The JetBlue Premier Card will also provide some benefits for flying with JetBlue. You get Group A boarding and First checked back free on JetBlue operated flights. You can also earn toward Mosaic with every purchase, but the earning rate was not displayed.

Then there are several other perks that have some value. First there’s a $300 annual credit for Paisly purchases that is based on calendar year. You also get Priority Pass Select lounge access and $120 fee credit for Global Entry or TSA PreCheck every 4 years. There’s no mention of JetBlue lounge access, but that should be included based on previous information.

Another thing that was not shown is the welcome bonus. We have no idea what the offer will look like, but hopefully it’s something equal or better than the best ever offer of 100,000 points on the JetBlue Plus card.
