Making A Comeback

What is up Miles to Memories readers? I have some exciting news to share with all of you – I am back at Miles to Memories full time. To go along with that news I have a ton of exciting new stuff to share with you as well. We will be bringing you more articles, more podcasts, more YouTube videos and new features to the MtM Diamond Lounge. That looks like a whole lot of more to me!

Who Is This Mark Guy?

For those of you that have no idea who I am and think I am just a crazy psycho – I am Mark Ostermann. I was a writer and then the managing editor for Miles to Memories from 2017 until the end of 2022. At that point I moved over to Travel on Point(s) to help them get their website off the ground.

After 3 years away I am happy, and excited, to be back home at Miles to Memories. This is where it all started after all. The place where I cut my teeth on writing, podcasting and everything else miles and points. I have missed being here, and I have missed all of you.

Changes Are In The Works

I promised a whole lot of more above, didn’t I? Let’s break it down one by one – shall we?

Website

First up, I will be back to writing for Miles to Memories every single day. That means more articles, more editorials, more news and more rant!? posts for you to chew on. We will likely be adding 60% – 70% more articles to the website on a weekly basis with this change. So be sure to be locked in to the Miles to Memories website for all of the latest. Danny the Deal Guru, Benjy and Shawn will still be pumping them out on a daily basis as well.

Podcasts & Videos

This change has been pretty much rolled out already. We went from two MtM Vegas shows a week up to three. We also went from one MtM Travel episode a week to two. That means we will have a new podcast and /or YouTube video available to you every single day of the work week. If you needed more commute podcasts, or something else to watch on TV at home, then we have some of that covered for you.

Diamond Lounge & Gold Tier

The last major change will be happening to the MtM Diamond Lounge. We will be adding a ton of new features. There will be more podcasts, group only articles and even a learning focused meet up rolling out. Don’t worry – that weekend will also have a ton of fun mixed in too. I’ll have more info on these changes tomorrow and some details on the meetups on Wednesday (psst. it involves leverage sportsbooks and casinos to earn miles and points – shhhh)

To go along with this we will also be adding what the MtM Lounge Gold tier gets. In the past this tier was a way to support Miles to Memories if you weren’t interested in the Slack group and all that Diamond has to offer. It was a way to buy us a cup of coffee each month essentially to say thank you. Well, we will be giving this tier access to some of the group podcasts and articles now.

You can lock in both of these options in at their current price FOR LIFE right now. With all of these additional features the cost will be increasing on March 2nd – so get it while the getting is good. More info on all of the changes, and the new prices, will come out tomorrow. On Wednesday I will break down the upcoming learning weekend that will be available to Diamond members first, and then open to the greater public if there are still tickets available.
