Marco Beach Ocean Suites Timeshare Offer
I received an interesting Marco Beach Ocean Suites timeshare offer in the mail the other day. Timeshare presentation offers are a great way to get a discounted hotel stay at a more condo like resort. Perfect for a family of four like ours. You usually get points or some form of gift card as well. It does require going to a timeshare presentation, but I have been known to get out of those in under 20 minutes flat.
Offer Details
The Marco Beach Ocean Suites timeshare presentation offer came with the following terms:
- 3 night stay in a 1 bedroom villa
- Choice of 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points OR $75 in resort credit
- The package costs $249
- Offer expires May 28, 2026
This came via a targeted mailer the old fashioned way, sliding into my mailbox instead of my DMs. It asks me to call 877-204-1228 to book the offer. Maybe you could have some luck calling and trying to get on the list yourself.

What Is The Value Of This Offer?
The value of this Marco Beach Ocean Suites timeshare presentation offer relies heavily on the discounted stay. Getting 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, or a $75 property credit, does not move the needle much here. This offer isn’t like the 100K+ point offers we see from Hilton. Ones where going for just the points sometimes makes sense.
The nightly cost for the resort looks to start at around $400 and go up from there. That means the 3 night stay is worth $1200+. That makes the $249 cost a heck of a deal. If we say the points / property credit drop the net cost to under $200 out of pocket that should bring at least $1000 in value to those who book. That is well worth two hours of my time, but is it for you?
Marco Beach Ocean Suites Timeshare Offer: Final Thoughts
I am kind of tempted by this timeshare offer. Mainly because we have never been to Marco Island. It seems like it is the destination that half of Michiganders go to on their winter break. Because of that I have always wondered if it actually lives up to the hype I hear around here.
The tight booking window (only 6-7 months) makes this less enticing. Normally you get 12 full months to make a booking. We have spent a lot of time in Florida the last few years and I am not in a big rush to go back. If I did, I don’t know if I could skip staying at the Evermore Orlando anyway!
