Did you check in on a Sunday to Long Beach? If so, that could have been me checking out of the suite at 4pm. (That suite is the size of 4 normal rooms according to the evacuation map on the back of the door.)
FYI..Delta/AA/UA revenue protection will not allow same day confirmed changes from connection to non-stop. Sucks about the MINT cushion. The new MINT product does not have that air mattress style seat like SWISS. I agree the compensation was not enough.
Jetblue is a small airline that is trying to put on a very nice customer experience. The recent operation meltdown is awful and is getting fixed. I think today , perfect day so far no cancels. How was the leg room? Free Wifi? Good Coffee.. good snacks….Every airline has gone through their tough times and JetBlue is going to fix it. Im sorry for what happened to you, but all these bloggers trashing JetBlue certainly won’t help us recover.
