  1. Hi, just back from Grand Hyatt Baha Mar on the mistake rate. I booked it via Citi Concierge for the Prestige 4th night free benefit. I was told my rate was not eligible for qualifying nights. They didn’t even honor no resort fees for Globalist saying it’s a 3rd Party booking. Want to see if you encounter the same issue. Spent huge $ on the property but not receiving night credits is a really bummer! The rate can be pulled on the Hyatt website without any codes when still alive. Not sure how they can deem it ineligible.

  2. Hi! Great episode. Question: did you ever write about how you found the Baha Mar mistake fares in the first place? Would love to know how you found these great rates.

    • Hi De. I was told about them by a friend. It died very quickly, so we weren’t able to get a post up about it. I often find out about these types of deals in various Facebook groups like ours and others. Extreme Hotel Deals on Twitter is good too and they have a premium subscription if you want even more deals.
