  1. I used my 60 night Category 1-7 cert at the PH NYC last week for a one night stay and got upgraded to a Terrace suite. Great room and attentive service, especially the complimentary Globalist room service breakfast, but the staff lacked the proactive attitude one sees at a Four Seasons.

    • I have always felt like there is something a little off at that property compared to what it is supposed to be.
