Mint Users Can Get One Free Year of Quicken Simplifi

Mint will soon shut down and users will be moved to Credit Karma if they choose to do so. But if you are not a fan of Credit Karma and are looking for other options, then Quicken Simplifi has an offer for you.

Mint users can get a free 12-month trial of Quicken Simplifi when meeting certain requirements. To get a free year of Quicken Simplifi, you have to open a new Quicken Simplifi account through this promotion. You will then need to import your Mint data within the first three months of signing up.

If you don’t import your Mint data within that timeframe, the free trial will default to 3 months.

When the free the trial period expires, whether 3 months or 12 months, the annual billing period will begin and the billing method on file will be charged at the then-current rates, unless you cancel your plan before the trial expires.

The cost of Quicken Simplifi is $3.99 per month, but is billed annually for $47.88.

Let us know if you plan to stick with Credit Karma, move to Quicken Simplifi, or plan to try other personal finnce apps!

  1. Simplifi doesn’t track credit card statement due dates/balances like Mint does. That’s the main feature I was using Mint for to keep track of myriad credit cards.
