MtM Vegas – Mirage Vegas Closing

This week the big news from Las Vegas was the announced closure of Mirage as it transitions into Hard Rock Las Vegas. Mirage was originally slated to remain open during the transition, but now it is closing for 3 years. What is its legacy and what will we get when the property returns in 2027?


In other news Sahara is making some interesting upgrades to their garage that indicates paid parking may be coming even if they are denying it. We also discuss MGM’s online gambling initiative, floods at MGM Grand, the Neon Museum Flamingo Ball, Evel Knievel’s museum, a interesting F1 ticket gift, Sunset Station’s awesome sports book and just how cool Vegas was in 1974.
