I guess Hyatt Corp is desperate for rooms in Vegas the Rio is a dump has been for a long long time let alone it’s on the “wrong side” of the street! One can only guess at the hundreds of millions required to bring it up to even Holiday Inn standards let alone Hyatt, but then they too have slipped in recent time
