  1. I’m planning on using this but I did not realize that advance purchase rates do not qualify. I’ll have to check this out carefully. I’ve done this in the past and the advance rate did qualify. Thanks for the Heads Up warning.

  2. Both offers are credited by AMEX. At $1,000 spend, what prevents the $250 resort credit from being refunded first, leaving only $750 (not eligible) for the $200 Offer?
