Get A 3rd, 4th or 5th Night Free at Park Hyatt Hotels
I received an email from Hyatt announcing a sale of sorts for many of their Park Hyatt hotels. This is similar to the fourth night free offers they have ran in the past for Hyatt Place and Hyatt Regency locations. This one is slightly different since it is a tiered promotion. Which night you get free depends on which hotel you choose. Also remember that these deals are usually not a true free night since the prices are usually a little inflated. They will end up saving you money overall compared to booking it at the standard rate but it is rarely a true 33%, 25% or 20% discount as it is implied.

Terms of the Offer
I couldn’t find an end date of any sorts. The terms state:
- Offer only available for a limited time, while shown as available on the applicable Hyatt website.
- Prepayment is required and nonrefundable.
- See each participating hotel’s website for the full offer terms specific to that hotel, including the number of nights required for a qualifying stay, and booking and stay dates.

My Experience With The Offer
I checked the Chicago location because the prices are usually reasonable in Chicago compared to most big cities. I was unable to get the offer to populate so I had to Google Park Hyatt Chicago 3rd night free to find the landing page. The offer had an end date of August 8th. My guess is each hotel has a different set of dates for this deal.
When I checked Chicago for June 17-20 the 3rd night free rate was $1232.70. The standard member rate was $1765.41 for the same stay so it was close to a true 3rd night free for this one.
Final Thoughts
If you were planning travel to one of these locations and were going to be paying cash then it is worth checking out. I wouldn’t make travel plans based on this sale since it is rarely a truly free night. Plus Park Hyatt cash rates are usually very high and they are a good use for points stays, in terms of cent per point value at least.

Since this is an advanced purchase rate it needs to be compared to the regular advanced purchase rate. For the Park Hyatt in BKK it represented a 12% savings instead of 25%.
Not bad but these advertisements are always misleading. At least you recognized that in your write up unlike the many bloggers who never do their homework but simply do a lot of cut and paste.
It is annoying that they play games with the free night discount. It is still a savings overall but it is misleading for sure.
this might be worth it for people who have the CITI Prestige card and get a 3rd night free promo. It will allow you to get 3rd and 4th night free.

Based on individual property inventory and historical sales?
So for my sample search of the Siem Reap property, the 4th night free last booking date was August 12th – 16th (4th night free). Book on the 13th of August and the 4th night will be chargeable.
