Norwegian Air Fare Sale, 20% Off Flights to Europe

Norwegian has a St. Patrick’s Day sale on flights from US to Europe with some great deals especially from the East Coast on their recently announced routes.

The Offer

Get up to 20% off on tickets to Europe. Book by 23:59 EST/PST Sunday 19 March 2017.

  • Travel period for flights to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Bergen from 18 April 2017 to 28 October 2017.
  • Travel period for flights to London, Oslo, Stockholm, and Copenhagen from 18 April 2017 until 16 June 2017 and from 3 September 2017 until 28 October 2017.

The lowest price is $84 for a one-way fare to Bergen from either New York-Newburgh-Stewart or Providence/Boston-TF Green. A round trip could be as low as $214 in October for a one-day visit, or $251 in July.

Fees

While Norwegian offers great prices, there’s tons of fees to watch out for, unless you’re traveling only with a small carry-on. You’ll be charged for advance seat assignment or meal service for the roughly six-hour flight. A checked bag will cost you $45 one way. Check out their optional service charges here.

Conclusion

Some of these new routes were launched with a $65 price tag for the first leg, but even now there’s still great deals available. Just make sure that you familiarize yourself will all the associated fees.

Make sure you use Amex Platinum that offers 5x MR on airfare or Chase Sapphire Reserve for 3x UR on travel.
