The big news of the week is the confirmation that Caesars Entertainment is spending $100 million to expand Paris Las Vegas. To accomplish this they are renovating and altering Horseshoe’s Jubilee Tower with renovated rooms, a new look and a bridge connecting it to Paris. We now know what this will look like and it seems to be a positive development overall, but why exactly is Caesars doing this?

In other news the backlash against public financing for the A’s ballpark is growing as we learned they turned down a $1 offer to purchase land for a stadium at Rio Las Vegas. We also discuss a tourist getting robbed for $103K, Circus Circus finishing their paint, the Las Vegas Aces cool new headquarters, when the expansion at Plaza is opening and the 14 best Vegas hotels according to Forbes.
