      • Fee-Free dollars are a different thing. I didn’t apply them to that bill on the screenshot. You earn fee-free dollars when you refer people. I am paying no fee there because I used a Mastercard credit card with Masterpass.

    • Greatly appreciated! If you just signed up now, then you need to make at least a $500 bill payment before being able to use the Mastercard promotion. That $500 should still be fee-free as a sign up bonus. After that you can use a Mastercard with Masterpass to get fee-free bill payment with this promo.

      • Right I realize the masterpass promo & sign-up Bonus are different. But the point is, I don’t think I received the sign-up bonus as I saw a $12 fee.

      • I signed up using your referral link. I don’t see the sign-up bonus either. When I tried my first payment, I also saw $12.50 fee.

Anything I need to do to get the sign-up bonus?
