The iconic Plaza Hotel & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas has announced a number of new changes as they expand and add a smoke-free casino space in Downtown Las Vegas. Find out what is coming to Fremont Street including a new carousel bar, outdoor dining space at Oscar’s and more.
