Earn 50,000 Choice Privileges Points with a Quicken Loans Mortgage or Refi

Quicken Loans has a new bonus offer for people that are looking to buy a house or refinance their current mortgage. This promotion will get you 50,000 Choice Privileges points when you are approved. We have seen a better targeted offer in the past for American Express cardholders, but if you value Choice Privileges points this could be an easy added bonus.

The Offer

Earn 50,000 Choice Privileges Points after closing when you refinance or purchase a home. Applications received and closed by Quicken Loans between 01/01/2020 and 12/31/2020 only.

Key Terms

  • Offer valid on new or refinanced Quicken Loans qualified applications received and closed by Quicken Loans between 01/01/2020 and 12/31/2020 only.
  • This offer is only available to Choice Privileges members who call the dedicated benefit phone number or go through the dedicated benefit website and provide their Choice Privileges member number when applying for the loan.
  • Members will receive 50,000 bonus points posted to their account within 4-6 weeks of closing a new or refinanced loan with Quicken Loans.
  • This is not a commitment to lend. It is the sole responsibility of Quicken Loans to determine who and what applications are qualified for a new or refinanced loan and what applications will close during 01/01/2020 and 12/31/2020.

Conclusion

Refinancing your mortgage just for a bonus is not a great idea. But with the falling interest rates, some people could find that they can get a better deal even with the fees and closing costs that come with refinancing. Compare rates and see which loan issuer gives you the best rates and if Quicken Loans is near the top of the list, the points should be just the icing on the cake.
