Analysis
This is a great offer for anyone who hasn’t hit that frustrating $5K lifetime limit on Raise cashback. Raise offers a great selection of already discounted gift cards and guarantees their products for one year, so you should have both time and some peace of mind when buying from them. If I had the need for a discounted card, I would definitely take a look at Raise given that the 10% rebate should make their rates more attractive than most other options.
Happy giftcarding!

I just bought $200 in cards but only got to 2% back. Should I contact TopCashback? I did click on the 10% Raise “Highest offer.”
I would contact them to file a claim. Others have reported the same issue.
I just filed one. Thank you Shawn!
Also, where is the best place to get discounted Wal Mart gift cards?
One person was told the 10% would kick in after a few weeks. I’ve got two claims and one CSR said “I’m rooting for you” like that is a business model?! Another said I would know in 2 to 3 months! TCB has had this three times in the past 2 weeks. Why is it not tracking for so many people?! Computer glitch? Or…
Same here. I submitted a claim. Wish me luck!
The higher CB isn’t tracking for a lot of people (myself included) so use caution.
