The offer pretty clearly states the cards that will trigger the $10 off, don’t be ridiculous just because last time was better.
I just tried the everywhere dining and everywhere style vgc cards at a randalls in Houston, and neither gave the discount. I left empty handed.
The images of the valu coupons were the same as the images on the similar offers after thanksgiving. On that occasion the discounts applied to everywhere cards worked fine, and in fact stacked with a $10 off visa gc offer at the time.

I’m gonna call Randalls today complain. Perhaps it’s an it glitch.
I actually think it was a glitch last time that they didn’t exclude FE and DE. Complaining is only going to bring more attention to an once lucrative deal. It might be better to let this slide under the radar. Starbucks at 86% off is still a great gift and/or resell value.
The Dining Everywhere (DE) card isn’t explicitly listed as a “participating card.” Are you sure this works?
