I saw this offer on my Old Blue Cash card. The offer is specifically for gift cards and you’re limited to just one $10 statement credit.  You can do better with this BJ’s offer, if you need more Hotels.com gift cards.

  1. You can combine hotels.com gift card balances, so easy to do this multiple times (if allowed using multi-tab trick) and combine balances.
