Shop Small Amex Offer

American Express is once again offering a Shop Small Amex Offer in November. This time it’s a $5 credit for spending $50 or more at eligible merchants.

There’s also a “Door to Shop Small” experience, which are physical, blue door frame installations that will pop up on Saturday, November 25 in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile (Pioneer Court), Los Angeles’ Westfield Century City (AMC Plaza), and New York City’s Gansevoort Plaza in the Meatpacking District. QR codes integrated into the doors will drive visitors to the AR experience where they can browse hand-picked products from a variety of small businesses. Mobile shoppers will also be able to engage with the AR experience here.

But let’s get back to the Amex Offer and check out the details.

The Offer

Get a one-time $5 statement credit by using your enrolled eligible Card to make a single purchase of $50 or more at “Shopping” businesses listed under the “Shop Small®” filter on the Shop Small Map or Online Directory in the US & US territories by 11/25/2023.

Key Terms

  • A “qualifying purchase” means a purchase made at a merchant location featured within the “Shopping” filter under the “Shop Small®” filter on the Shop Small Map in the US or US territories available, at www.americanexpress.com/us/sbsretailoffermap/, or the “Shopping” filter under the “Shop Small®” filter on the Online Directory, available at www.americanexpress.com/us/sbsretailofferonline/, with your enrolled Card on or before 11/25/2023 in accordance with these terms.

Conclusion

These Shop Small Offers used to be great. This time around you only get $5 back when you spend $50 or more. Could still be useful for purchases that you would make anyway at eligible merchants in your neighborhood.
