T-Mobile Customers Get $10 A Month Off YouTube TV

T-Mobile always offers unique deals to their customers with their T-Mobile Tuesday offers.  And with their purchase of Sprint, legacy Sprint customers have been able to take advantage of the program as well.

Well T-Mobile is taking it a step further this time around and has partnered up with YouTube TV.  They are offering all T-Mobile / legacy Sprint subscribers $10 a month off a YouTube TV subscription. Online TV services like Slingbox, YouTube TV, Hulu Live TV etc. have become more and more popular as an alternative to expensive cable.

YouTube TV is one of the, if not the, most expensive option but many have told me it is also the best option.  The current cost for YouTube TV is $64.99 a month but as a T-Mobile subscriber you should be able to get $10 a month off that as long as you’re with T-Mobile.  That brings it down to just under $55, quite a bit cheaper than many cable packages.

The offer goes live April 6th.  You can see the press release here and here is the link to the actual offer.  Or you could just watch me and Shawn talk about the worst hotel launch in Las Vegas’ history on YouTube for free 😁.

If you have used YouTube TV let us know what you think of the service?  Did you like it, hate it?  Did it end up saving you money versus cable etc.

  1. I did really love YTTV but the cost is too much. The user interface is by far the best out of all of the major streaming tv options. At $40 I thought it was worth it but at $50 it was borderline, but the last jump to $65 pushed me out.

However, that $55 per month cost does add up a lot and we didn’t use it nearly enough to make it worthwhile. I ended up getting a synology NAS and installing plex for the DVR and adding the silicondust homerun to it. Now we have a DVR for all the local channels without any ongoing cost.
We can now spend that $55 to get netflix and sometimes hbomax.

    • Thanks for sharing Danny. I have heard their set up is the best but sucks that the price keeps jumping so much.
