The Android Pay Offer
Make a $10 net purchase with your U.S. Bank FlexPerks® Reserve Visa Signature® card and Android Pay from May 23 through June 30, 2017, and we’ll give you a $10 statement credit.
Key Terms
- Promotion period is from May 23, 2017 through June 30, 2017.
- The $10 statement credit will be awarded once you make at least one $10 net purchase (purchases minus credit and returns) during the entire promotion period.
- The $10 statement credit will be applied to your Account 10-12 weeks after the end of the promotion period.

Conclusion
This offer gives you a free $10 to spend for each targeted US Bank card. Seems like you must have received an email, specifically mentioning the targeted card.
