With several casino sites under construction and others announced to be on the way, the city is undergoing yet another transformation. With tons of new players coming to the Vegas scene will we see a repeat of the past or will this mean a boom time for the city?

 

In other news we discuss the renovated rooms at New York New York which really are impressive compared to the old product. We also discuss how NYNY fits into MGM’s overall portfolio of hotels in Vegas and why it is often overlooked. We also discuss the proposed designs for the October 1 Memorial site and Londoner Macau which shows a London themed megaresort would be amazing in Las Vegas.

  1. Thanks for being one of the blogs still posting relevant content to this hobby. I stayed at NYNY this past weekend and agree their renovation is great. It is quite a deal for 40,000 points on Myvegas (Facebook game) and you can even get the reward fee waived (as I did), with the Hyatt Explorist to MGM Gold match.
