Wynn Resorts announced a big stock shakeup with a competing casino owner taking the second largest stake in the company. Will Golden Nugget owner Tilman Fertitta exert more influence over Wynn as he gets ready to expand his casino empire with a new Strip casino across from Cosmo?

In other news we cover the insane Vegas Formula 1 room rates including why you may want to wait to book a room for that weekend. Ticket prices were equally insane, but at least the city is festive as F1 takes over this weekend for a fan fest.
