Happy early December! As Vegas descends towards the holiday season things will be pretty slow in Sin City! That won’t stop us from breaking down some of the recent news and some promos that have us excited! This Week’s MtM Vegas

On this week’s show we dive into a promo from the brand new Circa Resort & Casino in Downtown Las Vegas that looks great on the surface but isn’t quite as good in reality. Their hotel opens on December 28 and they are offering two nights free before that day, but is it really a deal you want to consider?

We also dive into the news that Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (former Hard Rock Hotel) may be delaying its January 15 opening due to market conditions. If they do open they will have sky high rates. It will be interesting to see how the rates at Virgin and Circa are going forward, because both hotels are swinging for the fences right now.

In the miles/points realm we also discuss how Hilton is carving itself out as the go to national brand on the Vegas Strip with properties ranging from Tropicana on the lower end all the way up to Waldorf, Virgin Hotels (Curio) and Resorts World on the high-end. Plus we dive into the Hyatt promos a bit and why they should be of interest to Mlife loyalists.
