Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa Timeshare Presentation Offer
Reader Kevin, the timeshare magnet, has a new offer he shared with me. The Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa timeshare presentation offer is not as good as some other Hawaii offers we have seen but it does discount the room quite a bit. It also comes with some Hawaiian Airlines miles as well. This are not a very sought after mile currency but they could be useful for some island hopping flights etc. Let’s take a look at the details.
Offer Details
Here are the terms of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa timeshare presentation offer:
- 5 day / 4 night stay at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa
- 10,000 Hawaiian Airlines miles
- $799 per booking
- Must attend a 90 minute presentation
- You have 12 months to travel
Breakdown Of The Value
The landing page for the offer touts it as a package worth $1629. I was a bit skeptical of that amount but I did some dummy bookings and a 4 night stay often came out to $1550-$1650 when including taxes and fees. So I would look at this like getting half off your hotel stay for going to a timeshare presentation. When you are talking about an expensive place like Hawaii then that may be worth it for some.
I wouldn’t put much value on the airline miles myself. They have somewhat limited uses but they should be worth $100-$150 if you wanted to value them.
This doesn’t include any of the unexpected perks of timeshare offers.
Final Thoughts
If you were planning on a trip to the Big Island in Hawaii and were going to pay cash anyway then this might be a good deal for you. I don’t think it is quite juicy enough for me to plan travel around, but if I already had plans, I would jump on it for sure.
You of course have to worry about Hawaii’s covid protocols if you wanted to go sometime soon. All of the islands don’t seem to want to agree on things either. But this does allow you to book 12 months out, hopefully things have calmed down some by the end of that time frame.
If you end up booking it let us know in the comments. Remember to never take the first offer! Ask for a longer booking, reduced rate, upgraded room or more miles etc.
