200K Amex on Black Friday
This podcast episode is sponsored by LifeMiles. LifeMiles is the rewards currency of South American carrier Avianca. Through their partnership with the Star Alliance, LifeMiles gives you access to carriers around the globe including United, Air Canada, Lufthansa and more. I have used LifeMiles many times thanks to their easy to use website and their frequent promotions including transfer bonuses. I love transfer bonuses.
In addition to flying, LifeMiles allows you to build your balance in many ways. They often run promotions for buying miles at a discount and frequently have transfer bonuses from partners. You can transfer points from most major loyalty currencies to LifeMiles including: Amex Membership Rewards, Citi ThankYou, Capital One Miles, Brex & more. Through December 7 you can take advantage of their last transfer bonus of the year to get 15% more LifeMiles when transferring from Amex Membership Rewards.
On the redemption side LifeMiles allows you to use your miles for hotels, car rentals and flights. Their website makes it very easy to search flights on Avianca and all of their partners, plus transfers into LifeMiles are very quick allowing you to utilize their promotions without missing out on award space. You can sign-up for free to begin earning and redeeming LifeMiles via their website and mobile app.

Hi, I too, am lost as to where to read about how to get the 200000 amex miles. Is it part of your podcast? I really like reading things more than listening to podcasts, as my time is limited and my speed reading can filter out unnecessary or irrelevant content. Can you summarize in a written manner? Thanks in advance…
Hello: Am I really having senior serial moments? WHERE IS THE 200 K AMEX ARTICLE? This is a regular occurence. Not conducive to keep us reading daily! Thank you
Guys, when you arrived that the Saks credit point in the conversation, one of you said that your wife has three Platinum Cards and was going to get three $50 gift cards. Question: How does one overcome the annual fee on three Platinum Cards? I’m aware of the various credits, but I can’t quite imagine how to capture them three times. Or is it the 55k per card referrals that make it worth it? Thanks in advance.
