American Airlines Is Adding New Routes To Europe, Asia, New Zealand & The Middle East

Good news, American Airlines is adding new routes to Europe.  They are also expanding the route windows for some seasonal routes.  More options are always better for us so this is good news.

Details of the New Routes

Here is a list of the new routes being added and the dates for each one:

Routes Where The Routes Season Was Extended

Here are the routes that will have their season extended.  That means that the flights will be available to book for a longer window of time.

Final Thoughts

These changes may coincide with why there were 5,000 AAdvantage mile award flights available to New Zealand.  They were trying to drum up some interest/attention to the newer or extended routes.

All of the locations added are pretty great options and I know they will be used by many of us. Hopefully the award space shows up for them, fingers crossed.
