American Express Partners with Point.me
Today, point.me, a popular travel award search platform, has announced a new partnership with American Express. This will enable eligible Card Members to effortlessly explore award flight options redeemable and transferable through American Express Membership Rewards® points.
POINT.ME aims to simplify the process of searching and booking award travel by providing an accessible platform for users, even those who may not be points experts.
Point.me is a paid service that costs $129 or more annually, or $5 for a day pass. But, the newly introduced complimentary service, ‘point.me for Membership Rewards® points,’ will present a suite of features to assist eligible Card Members in discovering reward flight possibilities with Membership Rewards® points across participating airlines and their alliance partners.
Expressing enthusiasm about the collaboration, Adam Morvitz, CEO of point.me, stated, “We’re ecstatic to be connecting with American Express Card Members through ‘point.me for Membership Rewards® points.’ This partnership provides American Express Card Members with an easy way to search and compare the incredible airline loyalty transfer options offered through their Membership Rewards® Program. It will help them find the best way to travel – from first and business class seats to dream trips for the entire family.”

Registration on point.me/amex asks for full social security number!! Strange!!
That is strange. Maybe that is how they verify eligibility. I’m not sure why they would ask that.
