[…] Authorized User Bonuses For Amex Premier Rewards Gold & Blue Cash Everyday [YMMV] […]
I have the offer on all my Amex Reward Gold Cards and all my Blue everyday cards. Thanks. This is a great deal. Thanks for the heads up. I added my grandpa who is 91 years old as the AU. He is totally OK with it because he doesn’t own any property or use CC.
You better give grandpa a cut of that bonus 🙂
[…] Authorized User Bonuses for some Amex cards:  Here’s a quick and easy way to pad your balance by adding an authorized user to your account.  The one I particularly like is the 5K Membership Rewards bonus on their Premier Rewards Gold Card.  Add an authorized user, then spend $500 within 3 months… yes please! My wife has this offer but I haven’t had this card. If she has me as an AU, that will prevent me from getting the sign-up bonus later if I get my own card?
No, you can still get the bonus.
Can’t add wifey — not worth it because of Chase 5/24.
Can’t add kids — Amex requires AUs to be at least 15yo.
That’s what I like about Chase… I can add my toddler as an AU — even on my Ink business cards!
Maybe add yourself if 5/24 is not an issue.
