I am sorry that it sounds like this idiot is from Michigan. I am guessing he was too drunk and just didn’t card. Luckily Spirit didn’t have to divert to land the plane and inconvenience the other passengers. I think they should have pressed charges though instead of doing just a lifetime ban.

If this seems like deja vu it is because this exact same thing played out with Southwest. Southwest was able to finally reach a deal with their mechanics union after years of negotiations. It sounds like American needs to take a page out of their book and wrap this up or their customers are going to continue to pay the price.
